There was no update for March 2018 as I was busy working on the stability of the spreadsheets, which hopefully has been fixed. I had to get rid of wallet address tracking to cut down on urlfetch requests, which I don't believe many people were using anyways. The urlfetch requests were still running on blank wallet addresses.
There are no currency additions for this month. Thank you all for your continued support.

We've been running into some issues with exceeding the urlfetch limit for Google. However, it seems as though this limit is purely connected to the users personal gmail account. This means that even though you might see a urlfetch error on the main spreadsheet, once you make a copy with your personal gmail account, everything should work just fine.
Once more, you should not need to request access to the spreadsheets, as all you need to do is a click create a copy from the File dropdown. Currencies added for the month of February are... I'd like to apologize for the downtime or intermittent service as of late. Our main altcoin price API has been having issues with hosting and I hadn't had the time to find an alternative API and make the necessary changes. Today, I finally was able to find a much more stable altcoin API to service our spreadsheets. All spreadsheets are back up and running smoothly.
Please note that the price columns have a different order than before. There are no new currencies added for this month. If you are new to CryptoCalc, in order to use and edit your own spreadsheet, you must make a copy. I hope you all have a Happy Holidays. I thought that the problem with our main API had been solved earlier, but it appears that the issue is back. The API is currently operating intermittently. I will be looking for alternatives to our current API so that we can provide a more reliable product.
In the meantime, I do have spreadsheet updates for the month of November. The currencies that were added are... For October, I added 3 new currencies to the spreadsheets that have been rising in popularity. The currencies added are as follows:
In light of the recent Bitcoin hardfork, I've decided to add Bitcoin Cash as well as three other currencies with consistent high monthly volume. Please note that on the spreadsheets, Bitcoin Cash is represented in terms of Bitcoin. All currencies added are as follows...
There was no update for April 2017. However, for May, there were seven cryptocurrencies added to the spreadsheets. They coins are as follows...
Augur - REP Gnosis - GNO Golem - GNT Matchpool - GUP PIVX - PIVX Ubiq - UBQ Wings - WINGS We have a few new currencies that were added to the spreadsheets. They are as follows...
Hi all,
I have updated all of the spreadsheets for this month in addition to updating the currency conversion API for the Euro and Yuan spreadsheets. This should prevent any problems with the spreadsheets not loading correctly. If you do run into any problems in the future, please reach out to me using the contact page. The currency additions for February are as follows... Greetings all,
Once again, the February update will be necessary for full functionality of the Euro and Yuan spreadsheets. I am allowing a one month transition period that will allow full functionality for all spreadsheets prior and after the February 2017 update. Beginning March 1st, 2017, all spreadsheets prior to the release in February 2017 will be obsolete. I apologize for the inconvenience and know that API's should be backwards compatible with new updates, but this change is necessary to allow the site and all spreadsheets to be offered for free. I do not want to have to end up charging users for access to a spreadsheet of their choosing. The older spreadsheets that some of you are still using is far outdated and that API is still calling prices for coins that are either abandoned or lack a large user base. Thank you for your cooperation and continued usage. |
